The price of a booth does NOT include electricity. You must contact the Palmer Events Center to secure power for your booth!
*All tables will be skirted, and no pipe/drape are included on booths.
*All booths must contain at least 75% or more of DIRECTLY videogame-related merchandise!
*Booth sharing, swapping, reselling are NOT allowed. The person/company/brand listed in our program must be the ONLY one exhibiting in that designated booth space.
*Kids under 17 not allowed in vendor halls during setup/takedown hours.
ALL BOOTH PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
