The price of a booth does NOT include electricity. You must contact the Palmer Events Center to secure power for your booth!
All tables will be skirted, and no pipe/drape are included on booths.
All booths must contain at least 50% or more of video game related merchandise!
Booth sharing, swapping, reselling are NOT allowed. The person/company/brand listed in our program must be the ONLY one exhibiting in that designated booth space.

ALL BOOTH PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Code of Conduct

Classic Game Fest is a fun and family friendly event. Help us keep it that way by providing our guests and attendees with a positive, safe, and fun experience at your booth. Please review our Code of Conduct before submitting your application.

 

Vendor Application

    YES, OF COURSE, it is still OK to have other nerd, geek, comics, anime, TCG, etc related items too, however, CGF is primarily a retrogaming convention, and therefore, we require that AT LEAST 50% of your merch be directly VIDEOGAME related, related, themed, licensed, or somewhere within the video gaming world, or your booth will not be approved and/or may be banned from future CGF events if this rule is not followed.-------- This rule only applies to vendors SELLING goods/services at CGF, and does NOT APPLY to local nerd/geek/anime/comic/etc FAN GROUPS, CHARITIES, and NON-SALES booths.

      • How many of this type of booth would you like?
        This event is now THREE DAYS, and you must commit to having your booth staffed and operating at ALL TIMES during show hours (Fri 1p-8p, Sat 9a-6p, Sun 9a-5p). -------PACKING UP and/or LEAVING EARLY on Sunday is strictly prohibited.
        Unfortunately, we do NOT offer REFUNDS on vendor booth purchases. Therefore, if you have to cancel for any reason, any funds spent on booth, utilities, etc are non-refundable.
