OFFICIAL RULES: One entry per person. Poster submissions must contain the following: 11 x 17 dimensions, retro video game theme, Classic Game Fest logo, show dates/times/Place (July 25 -26, 2020 Palmer Event Center, Austin, TX), the phrase âBiggest retro gaming event in Texasâ, website (www.classicgamefest.com), #classicgamefest with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram logos, ticket prices (VIP Weekend Pass â $25.00 advance/$30.00 at the door, Single Day Saturday â $20.00 advance/$25.00 at the door, Single Day Sunday â $10.00 advance/$15.00 at the door, and kids under 12 are free with adult pass purchase), and show attractions list: âFreeplay arcades & consoles, costume contest, live video game music, over 100+ vendors, retro game tournaments, game buyback station, retro game repairs, video game museum and special guests/panelsâ AND a t-shirt of the poster design (1-3 colors). Theme details and color scheme are optional but motif and colors highlighted in the above image are preferred. Do NOT use any copyrighted characters, logos, etc (ex. Mario, Sonic the Hedgehog, etc.). First draft (color or black & white) is due on October 31, 2019 and must be emailed to info@classicgamefest.com. Finalists will be picked and will each win a $100 vendor booth credit to Classic Game Fest 2020. Finalists final entries are due on Nov 15, 2019 and must be full color and âprint readyâ. One grand prize winner will be picked on November 20, 2019 and will receive a $250 cash prize, a free corner vendor booth with main aisle placement to Classic Game Fest 2020 ($250 value), and special recognition during Classic Game Fest 2020. All entries become the property of Classic Game Fest and may be used exclusively by Classic Game Fest in advertising to promote the event.
